Account termination

You can request deletion of your Sixes account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Delete your account in Sixes

1. Open Sixes and go to Settings.
2. Open the account section and tap Delete account.
3. Review the warning and confirm your request.

We begin processing the request immediately. Account deletion is normally completed within seven days.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@sixesapp.com with the subject Sixes account deletion request.

Send the request from the same email address connected to your Sixes account and include your player number if you know it. If your account does not have an email address, tell us your player number and we will explain how to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send us your password or sign-in code.

What deletion means

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your profile, friends, active games, statistics, and premium status associated with that account.

Deleting your Sixes account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel any active subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account to prevent future charges.

We remove your account, profile, linked sign-in information, avatar, and other personal data that is no longer needed. We may retain limited transaction, game-integrity, moderation, security, or backup records where required by law or necessary to protect the Service. Any retained data is restricted and kept only as long as necessary.
