Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sixes, including its app, website and online game services (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Relectus (“we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in methods secure. Give accurate information when the Service asks for it, and do not impersonate another person. An unconnected guest account may be lost if you lose access to your device; connecting a supported sign-in method can help you keep access. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@sixesapp.com.

Sixes is not directed to children under 13. If applicable law requires parental permission at a higher age, you must have it before using the Service.

2. Playing fairly

Sixes is a game for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the bots and other features provided inside the app. You must not use unauthorized software, bots, cheats, exploits or automation to play on your behalf, manipulate ratings or results, or gain an unfair advantage. Do not interfere with other players or with the servers, attempt to access another account, scrape the Service, bypass security measures, or overload our systems. Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.

Game rules and features may evolve. Network interruptions, expired invitations or an opponent's actions may prevent a game from finishing. We may correct game results affected by abuse or technical errors when reasonably necessary to protect fair play.

3. Chat and other content

You may provide a display name, avatar, chat messages and other content. You remain responsible for what you share. Do not post threats, harassment, hateful or unlawful material, personal information about others without permission, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Other players in a game can see its chat. Use the reporting and blocking tools for concerns.

You retain rights in your content. You give Relectus a non-exclusive license to host, display and process it only as needed to operate, moderate and improve Sixes, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content or restrict an account when it violates these terms or harms the Service or other players. We do not promise to review every message before it appears.

4. Our software and materials

Relectus and its licensors retain rights to the Sixes app, artwork, game design, code and other Service materials. While you comply with these terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service. This does not give you ownership of the app or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute our materials except where the law permits it.

5. Premium, purchases and ads

Some features require Premium. Prices, availability, billing periods and any offers are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through the store before renewal. Purchases and refunds are handled by the store under its applicable terms. Deleting your Sixes account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately with Apple or Google. Premium access may end when a subscription expires, is cancelled or is refunded.

The free Service may show advertising. Advertising consent and partner choices, when available, are handled through Google's privacy options in the app and your device settings as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee that ads or Premium features will always be available.

6. Availability and third parties

We work to keep Sixes available but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free service. We may change, pause or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. The app depends on services such as Apple, Google and push-notification and advertising providers. Their own terms may apply when you use their products, and we do not control their services.

7. Suspension and deletion

You may stop using Sixes or request account deletion in Settings. See our account-deletion instructions. We may restrict or close an account if it violates these terms, endangers other players or the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will explain the action. Deleting an account may make games, friends and statistics unavailable. Our Privacy Policy describes what data may need to be retained after deletion.

8. Responsibility and legal rights

We provide the Service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee particular game outcomes, rankings, uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Sixes or the law changes. We will post the new version and effective date here and give additional notice when required. If you continue using the Service after updated terms take effect, the updated terms apply; you can stop using Sixes if you disagree. For questions, contact support@sixesapp.com.
